Pre-registration is now closed.
Participants are requested to register at the on-site registration desk on the day of the symposium.
Registrants are urged to register before October 15, 2006 to obtain the early-bird registration fee. The deadline for registration by mail, fax or website is November 10, 2006. Any registration forms received by our office after this date will not be processed until you arrive at APAFS2006.

* To qualify for student/resident registration, you must be enrolled in a full-time postgraduate research program, and have a signed letter from your supervisor confirming that you are a student or a copy of your student ID. This must be forwarded to the Secretariat by fax as soon as possible.
** Accompanying persons are limited to the participants’ family members only.

PAYMENT
Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made in one of the following
methods:

CONFIRMATION
Upon receiving the registration form and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please bring this confirmation with you and present it at the Registration Desk at the Symposium site.

CANCELLATION
A written notification of cancellation must be sent to the registration office.
The following cancellation fee and bank handling charge will be deducted before refunding. All refunds will be made after the Symposium.
When written notice of cancellation is received:
Until October 15, 2006: 40% of the amount of payment plus bank handling charge
From October 16, 2006: 100% of the amount of payment (No refund)
