research program, and have a signed letter from your supervisor confirming that you are a student

CONFIRMATION |

Upon receiving the registration form and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will
send you a confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please bring this
confirmation with you and present it at the Registration Desk at the Symposium site.

CANCELLATION |
|
|
A written notification of cancellation must be sent to the registration office.
The following cancellation fee and bank handling charge will be deducted before refunding. All
refunds will be made after the Symposium.
When written notice of cancellation is received: |

Until October 15, 2006: 40% of the amount of payment plus bank handling charge
From October 16, 2006: 100% of the amount of payment (No refund) |
